Tomato Heirloom Mortgage Lifter
Chosen for consistent performance in the home garden. Heirloom tomatoes are a range of special tomatoes that have proven their worth over many generations. Mortgage Lifter was bred by Radiator Charlie, a radiator repairman facing bankruptcy in the 1930’s. He bred this large fruited, sweet flavoured tomato and paid off his mortgage. Plants require staking and benefit from watering and liquid fertiliser.
